Our Service Department is staffed with specialists who were factory trained in Germany and the United States of America and their combined experience of over sixteen(16) years, enable us to provide technical services unmatched in the region. Apart from repairs and maintenance of all the equipment we supply, we provide consultancy and training services for laboratories in the area of microscopy, advising on systems, methods and/or equipment for the greater efficiency and accuracy of operation of such facilities.

Our exclusive fungus treatment has proven to be invaluable throughout the islands where the temperature is high and relative humidity is always above 60%. Under such conditions fungi develop on lenses like "Optical Cancer" deteriorating image quality and eventually damaging the optics. Our special treatment kills and removes fungi, then leaves a protective coating to inhibit regrowth. This service is provided not only for medical systems but also binoculars, telescopes and photographic lenses.
